Introducing Our New Sales Champion

Construction Specialties Australia are proud to announce a new member to our team called Lucas Grace. He has joined us as Sales Manager for Expansion Joint Covers and Louvres – QLD / NT.

Heralding from Parkes in country NSW, Lucas moved to Brisbane at a young age and has loved the city ever since. After studying Business at QUT, Lucas was fortunate to follow his passion for design and the  built environment working in technical sales, team leadership and marketing roles with global product and building materials brands. A passionate lifelong learner, Lucas has completed his MBA along with holding qualifications in Product Management and Marketing.

At CS, Lucas will be working in collaboration with specifiers and valued customers, utilising his technical know-how to secure new projects.  His vision is for the CS brand and product solutions to be the first that come to mind when specifiers have a new project on the way. Due to Lucas’ background, he is keen to continually improve our products, tools, and services to make them increasingly accessible and enjoyable to use.

Some fun facts: Lucas is married with two children, loves music, living a healthy life through training and learning about nutrition more recently. His ultimate travel destination is taking his family on a European adventure and celebrating a proper white Christmas is part of his bucket list.

We are very excited for this new chapter, with a fresh addition to the CS team, we believe that Lucas is more than ready for the challenges and new opportunities that will come his way. With his hard working, eager to learn and enthusiastic drive, he will in no doubt play a part in helping Construction Specialties grow.
