Our GT range of double gasketed floor joint covers are flush fitting, wheel friendly, easy to clean and watertight. They can also be further sealed to enhance infection control in hospitals where hygiene is of paramount importance.
The dual gasket design allows for greater expansion and compression during movement, whilst the innovative turnbar assembly ensures that the plate remains centred throughout any joint movement.
Suitable for applications with movement requirements up +-38mm and joint widths up to 135mm, GT joint covers come in a range of models that can be installed floor to floor and even floor to wall.

The GTP/DGTP series (above) feature a hard wearing aluminium centre plate, whilst the GTR/DGTR and GTRD/DGTRD series (below) feature a 3.2mm or 9.5mm recessed aluminium centre plate to allow a carpet, wood or vinyl flooring insert to be added.
If you’re installing thick floor tiles or terrazzo, take a look at the GTFD series (above) which has an extra deep 47mm recess for thick floor finishes.
If you’re expecting heavy wheeled traffic such as goods trolleys, the heavy duty GTP-HD/DGTP-HD series (above) can cope with point loads up to 1000kg.
As with the majority of our expansion joint covers, a variety of optional fire barriers, moisture barriers and acoustic barriers are available.
