The Garment Factory comprises 6 floors of office accommodation ranging between 5,586 sq ft to 8,385 sq ft. A transformation of the old building has seen the restoration of many of the original features including exposed ceilings, steel and brickwork, wooden flooring and ornate staircases along with the introduction of modern, contemporary finishes throughout, to provide a 21st century workplace.

Being a large office building with lots of tenants, increased foot traffic is expected through the main entrance of the building. To protect the interior floor surfaces and to reduce the cleaning and maintenance costs throughout the building, CS Pedimat Ultra entrance matting was specified. To fit with the modern, industrial aesthetic of the building, Platinum Exterior Grade Carpet inserts were chosen, and the Pedimat Ultra rails were Black Anodised. Pedimat® Ultra is elegant, slimline and economical, with its 11mm slim depth profile, as well as fitting in a standard matwell, it can also easily fit alongside floor tiles and carpets to produce a flush floor finish.
