Approximate LRV values for CS Acrovyn colours and finishes have been determined using the CIE Y value measurement method.
Choosing Your Image
Image Type and Quality
To ensure best results check the quality of your image at the actual print size before ordering. This is particularly important for bitmap images as they can lose quality if resized too much. Vector artwork will produce crisp results at any output size.
The acceptable resolution for your project will depend on how the viewer will be interacting with the image. Based on the amount of information the human visual system can perceive and process, images seen from a longer distance can be output at a lower resolution.
Vector images (.ai, .eps or .wfm) are infinitely scalable, so you can be sure of high quality print at any size.
Bitmap images (.jpg, .tif, .psd, or RAW) can lose quality if resized too much.
Custom Colours
Acrovyn by Design can be printed with a solid colour. However, due to the print process limitations, it is not always possible to exactly match Pantone colours. If colour matching is critical, samples will be provided for proofing before we print.

Image banks, such as Shutterstock, iStock or Adobe Stock Image offer a huge selection of images that you may want to consider for your project. Please check that the image size is sufficient for your Acrovyn by Design mural before sourcing.
Copyright
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and will only print your image if you can provide evidence that you have the right to reproduce it. We will require a signed Copyright Agreement before we proceed with print.

Panel Substrate
Our standard panel substrate is a high quality, medium density Magnesium Oxide Board (MgO), chosen for its excellent fire an moisture resistant properties.
Other rigid substrates can be specified if required. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
