Omniwall® is an innovative interior wall system that provides fast and clean delivery of custom healthcare spaces. It can be used in new construction, or for expanding the capacity and productivity of existing facilities.
Designed and manufactured off-site to project specific dimensions and functional requirements, the system is delivered pre-cut, pre-finished and palletised for easy, clean and snag-free assembly on-site.
The installation of Omniwall interiors is carried out quickly, efficiently and without the involvement of multiple trades; reducing time on site, health & safety risk, and creating minimal disturbance to the building’s occupants and existing operations.
The Omniwall system can be tailored to suit functional and aesthetic requirements of different hospital areas, whilst allowing flexibility and adaptability to meet future needs.
OMNIWALL Benefits
Future Proof & Cost Effective
The modular construction of our Omniwall system makes it easily scalable, offering flexibility of configuration to suit available spaces and your project’s functional requirements.
Standardised layouts can be created to provide cost efficiencies in repeat applications, whilst allowing personalisation of panel finishes, colours and joint details.
The system is designed to be adaptable and layouts can be reconfigured in response to changing hospital needs, making Omniwall a sustainable and cost-effective solution for the lifecycle of the building.
Fast & Clean Installation
Omniwall interiors are manufactured in a controlled factory setting to ensure consistent quality, fit and finish.
Pre-cut, pre-finished and pre-fabricated into easy to handle sections, the system is delivered to site flat packed for quick and clean installation with little or no snagging required.
As a result, Omniwall is considerably faster to install than traditional wall construction solutions, minimising disruption to patient services and ensuring delivery on time and on budget.
All time-consuming fabrication and cutting processes are carried out under controlled factory conditions.
The on-site installation of the system is fast and dust-free, with only a limited amount of power tools required, significantly reducing health and safety risks.
Plug-and-play electrics and plumbing can be pre-designed and integrated into Omniwall interiors from the outset, reducing installation time and saving money.
The system can also be configured to allow integration of necessary equipment, such as bedhead service panels.
Individual panels can be easily removed using a CS supplied tool, allowing access to services in the wall cavity or panel replacement.
Refreshes of interiors can be carried out quickly and without the need for specialist contractors.

Mastic
Easy to apply, colour-matched mastic creates a flush surface finish and is suitable for most hospital areas. Available in all standard Acrovyn colours.
OMNIWALL Panel Sizes
Wall panels are available in 4 standard widths to allow flexibility in creating optimised space layouts: 1200mm | 900mm | 600mm | 300mm
The maximum individual panel height is 2700mm. Higher partitions can be achieved by ‘stacking’ panels.
OMNIWALL Panel Substrate
Our standard panel substrate is a high quality, medium density Magnesium Oxide Board (MgO), chosen for its excellent fire an moisture resistant properties.
Other rigid substrates can be specified if required. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
- Rigid 9mm MgO board
- Class A1 Fire Rated
- Moisture & mould resistant
- Lighter than other boards
OMNIWALL Interfaces & Corners
Interior corners are prefabricated from two prefinished panel sections.
Exterior corner can comprise two panel sections finished with an Acrovyn corner guard, or can have a surface finish formed into an angle for a durable, jointless edge.
All panels come with clips pre-attached for easy fitting into the system chassis.
Skirting board can be prefinished in Acrovyn Sheet, or supplied plain to suit vinyl flooring applications.
Integrated Services & Equipment
Omniwall interiors can be supplied pre-piped and pre-wired for easy connection to plumbing and electrics on site.
Utilising plug-and-play services within our modular system offers a lot of benefits, including reduced install time, labour costs and wastage.
Omniwall can also be configured to allow integration of necessary equipment, such as bedhead and medical service panels.
In Partnership with:
Doors
Doors are easy to integrate into Omniwall interiors.
For busy hospital areas we recommend our impact resistant Acrovyn Doors, post-formed or fully encapsulated in Acrovyn Sheet to provide a robust surface finish and an extended lifecycle.
If you prefer to use your own door suppliers, our design team will work with you to provide door openings to suit their specific sizes.
OMNIWALL System Maintenance
From cleanable panel finishes to meet stringent infection control requirements, to simplicity of panel replacement and easy access to the wall cavity, Omniwall interiors are designed to be easy to maintain.
Our standard Acrovyn wall panel finishes have been specified in healthcare environments for decades, and are well known for their durability and resistance to impact damage and wear & tear.
Laminated to the rigid MgO board substrate, Acrovyn faced panels provide a highly robust wall finish, designed to stand up to the demands of busy hospital interiors.
Acrovyn facings effectively mask scratches or abrasions, and can be cleaned repeatedly with soapy water, or commonly used disinfectant cleaning agents.
Should any of the panels get damaged, individual panel replacements can be supplied.
How to remove a panel
All that is required to remove panels from the chassis is our specially designed panel removal tool, which will be supplied with the project.
