To achieve effective airflow and reliable protection against wind-driven rain, high-performance specialist louvres form an important part of the building’s overall ventilation strategy.

All our louvre systems undergo rigorous independent third-party testing. In addition, both standard and bespoke solutions can be verified in our in-house testing chamber, to ensure they meet your exact performance requirements under real-world conditions.

Arkon Energy, a 100% renewable data centre infrastructure company, has expanded its network with the acquisition of the Hydrokraft data centre in Norway, which is powered entirely by eco-friendly hydroelectric energy.

A key element of the project involved installing rain defence louvres for the facility, situated just 400 metres from the ocean. The solution needed to deliver efficient airflow, withstand high wind loads, complement the design building’s design, and provide long-term durability while remaining cost-effective.
Following a detailed consultation process, the RSH-5700 rain defence louvre was selected for its optimal balance of performance, cost-efficiency, and visual compatibility, meeting all the client’s requirements.

Due to the large footprints of data centres, expansion joint covers are often required to accommodate structural movement within the building.

Raised access floors are commonly used in these environments, making simple all-metal joint covers a practical choice. However, in areas where heavy equipment – such as servers – is frequently moved, heavy-duty cover systems are recommended to ensure long-term durability.

We offer a comprehensive range of joint cover systems for walls, floors and ceilings, along with compatible accessories such as fire and moisture barriers.

Acrovyn® Sheet provides a durable surface finish for interior walls, doors and other areas prone to  excessive wear, tear and damage, helping to maintain a clean and professional appearance.

In areas subject to frequent movement of heavy equipment – such as during server replacements, typically recommended every three years – walls and corners are especially vulnerable to damage. Protecting these surfaces helps reduce maintenance costs and prevents unnecessary downtime.

Acrovyn offers a wide range of corner and wall protection profiles to safeguard your building’s interior from impact damage, all developed with long-term durability in mind.
